The Custom Order Process

Custom products are made to order. To place an order and have a custom product made for you:

1- Select the product you want made from the custom order menu.

2-View current color options in the product photos to make sure you're happy with current choices

3-Select add on features

4-Check out and receive order confirmation 

5-A follow up email will be sent to you with a custom order form to complete color design and sizing information. 

6-After checkout your order will be placed in the production queue, and you will receive a construction and shipping estimate with your order form.

 

Too Much Information:

During an open period, Custom orders will be sold first come first served and will be made and shipped in the order that orders are placed. Meaning orders placed earlier in the sale period will ship closer to the beginning of the given lead time and orders placed later in the sale period will ship later in the lead time.

Current Lead time for January custom drop is 3-10 weeks.

The first orders should start shipping on Feb-14th and most should be done by mid-March. (A few will go out in April when I get back from AZ Monster). 

Thru Hikers with a known start date, please let me know and we will work to sort that out

Runners/Hikers with a known race date or FKT start date same as above.

I will accommodate if possible but you must notify my when filling out the order sheet

Each type of garment will have a certain number of slots available for purchase. When those slots sell out you will no longer be able to place an order for that type of garment. Other types will continue to be available until sold out.

Customizations

SIZING AND COLOR DESING WILL BE COLLECTED ON AN ELECTRONIC ORDER FORM AFTER YOUR CUSTOM ORDER IS PLACED!

to place an order all you need to do is select the product you want and the features you'd like to add on. Then check out. All other required info will be collected post sale. 

Sizing

 Each purchase will include choice of standard sizing based off of a size chart OR fully custom sizing by taking measurements from a sizing guide. Special sizing needs will be discussed post sale through email communication (see below)

Colors- Each garment type will have certain colors available at the time of purchase. How many colors you can choose, and color design options will be listed in the item description per garment type. Color availability for Alpha Direct is HIGHLY variable. Colors available at the time of purchase are what’s listed in the item description. If you’re not happy with the color choices available do not purchase a custom slot.

Features

Standard configuration will be listed in item description per garment type at a listed base price.  Add on features will be available for an extra fee. Current add-ons include but are not limited to:

Thumbhole cuffs/Watch window

Pockets

Zippers- ¼-1/3 and 1/2

Snap Placket (same as a zipper but with snaps baby!)

(FULL ZIPS WILL ONLY BE AVAILBLE AS A CUSTOM COMMISION)

For any other customizations like ponytail holes or whatever crazy stuff you can think of, mention your desire in post-sale order form and I'll see if we can make it happen. In some cases, modifications will cost extra or push the garment to full blown commission. 

Custom Commissions

To have something designed outside of the standard offerings, select custom commission and we will design the piece together through email. The custom commission price includes full custom patterning, sizing and features and a full shop day of labor which will cover most creations.   

All orders can be modified through email communication until garment construction is started (if you'd like to make any adjustments or changes, email me and ill check on your order status and modify if possible

For custom orders, payment is due in full at time of order. Orders can be cancelled or modified up to the point in when construction begins. After that purchases are non cancel/non-refundable. 

If the garment doesn’t fit, we will tailor to the extent possible or remake (rare). (Note same colors may not be available at time of remake)
